We strive to run an efficient business and to be transparent in our practices. Not everyone can get it right all of the time and so if you find you need to make a complaint please follow these simple steps.
- Please put in writing the details of the complaint to Carol Boyles email@example.com AND Victoria Willcocks firstname.lastname@example.org with as much details as possible within 12 months of the incident.
- You must allow a minimum of 8 weeks for us to investigate the complaint and respond.
- If you are unsatisfied with our final response or no response was provided then a complaint can be raised with the PRS within 12 months of the date that the formal complaint was made.
